Gilman City resident arrested in Grundy County

The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Gilman City resident in Grundy County Wednesday morning on multiple allegations.

Twenty-nine-year-old Menno Stutzman was accused of the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated, prior offender, driving while suspended, and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident. The Patrol also accused him of not having insurance and not wearing a seat belt.

Stutzman was transported to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office for a 12-hour hold.
