The Highway Patrol reports a Gilman City man sustained minor injuries when the sports utility vehicle he drove ran off the road and struck a ditch two miles east of Gilman City on Friday afternoon.
An ambulance transported 39-year-old Dustin Cannon to the Harrison County Community Hospital.
The SUV traveled west on Highway 146 before it began sliding, crossed the center of the road, went off the south side of the road, and struck the ditch. The vehicle came to rest on the south side of the road on its wheels with minor damage.
The Patrol notes Cannon wore a seat belt, and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
