Among cases processed Thursday in Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court:
Thomas Blake Dalton of Galt withdrew his guilty plea on a class C felony charge of attempted sexual abuse. He then pleaded guilty to an amended class D felony charge of attempted sexual abuse.
Imposition of sentence was suspended, and Dalton was sentenced to five years of probation. Conditions include paying $300 to the law enforcement restitution fund and 45-days of shock time in jail with credit given for time served.
