Gallatin FFA members selected to perform onstage at National FFA Convention & Expo

Several area FFA members including Jacob Wilson, Macie McNeely and Bethany Bailey who are members of the Gallatin FFA chapter will be on stage and in the spotlight October 24 through the 27th during the 2018 National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis.

Wilson, a senior and the son of Jason and Abbey Wilson, has been selected to play trumpet in the National FFA Band.

McNeely, a junior at Gallatin RV, is the daughter of Wayne & Amy McNeely and has been selected to be a member of the National FFA Chorus.

Bailey, a senior at Gallatin RV is the daughter of Rob and Devonna Bailey and has also been selected as a member of the National FFA Chorus.

Both girls submitted audition tapes and were selected for alto and soprano parts. They were selected from applicants nationwide and will be given an opportunity to audition for solos on Sunday, October 21.

The National FFA Band and Chorus will perform several times during the national convention and expo. Wilson, McNeely, and Baily will join fellow members in Indianapolis for rehearsals three days before the convention and expo begins.
