Immanuel Lutheran Church of Trenton, among others, are putting together a fundraiser held at the Rock Barn Saturday, October 29 to benefit Backpack Buddies weekend food program for area school children.
The event features a German theme in honor of the Reformation of nearly 500 years ago.
Activities will include three speakers, music, and food. It’s scheduled from 10 o’clock to 12 noon on Saturday at the Trenton Rock Barn.

There’s no charge to attend the event this Saturday and donations that are given will be donated to the Backpack Buddies program coordinated by the Grundy county food pantry.
Pastor John Freese also reports the German Reformation brunch has the local support of the Trenton area ministerial alliance.
