Four in arrest report from Trenton Police Department and Grundy County Sheriff

The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of several men in unrelated incidents.

The Trenton Police Department arrested 35-year-old Christopher James Warren of Trenton Sunday for felony delivery of a controlled substance as well as a probation violation of laws, association, drugs, and special conditions on an original charge of forgery. His bonds total $45,000.

Court documents accuse Warren of intending to distribute methamphetamine.

Twenty-five-year-old Tyler Moon of Trenton turned himself in yesterday (Monday) for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated bond was set at $2,500 cash only.

The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Cody James Burchett of Saint Joseph Saturday for a misdemeanor violation of an adult abuse order. His bond is $10,000 cash only.

Warren, Moon, and Burchett are scheduled to appear in the associate division of circuit court October 24th.

Thirty-three year old Dusty Updegraff of Saint Joseph was brought to Grundy County on a writ from the Western Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center in Saint Joseph on Monday. His bond is $2,500 cash only, and he was scheduled for the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court Tuesday.

Updegraff’s original charge was misdemeanor non-support.
