Former State Rep. Keith English has reportedly committed suicide. On the House floor today, Republican Kevin Engler of Farmington addresses the 50-year-old English’s death.
English, an Independent from eastern Missouri’s Florissant who ran for re-election in 2016, was defeated by Democrat Jay Mosley.
