A former employee of a company contracted for services at the Chillicothe Correctional Center appeared this week in Livingston County Circuit Court Division One on felony charges of sexual conduct with a prisoner or offender as well as second-degree sodomy from an incident September 22nd, 2017.
John Thomas Dunn of Kansas City pled guilty to the sexual conduct with a prisoner charge. In exchange for his plea of guilty, the prosecution recommended that the court recommend four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections with a suspended execution of sentence.
Missouri Department of Corrections spokesperson Karen Pojmann previously reported Dunn was an employee of Corizon Health at the time of the incident. The spokesperson said Corizon contracts with the corrections department to provide health care services.
