A former Cameron High School teacher was sentenced in Division One of Clinton County Circuit Court on Monday on felony second-degree sodomy.
William Derek Williams was sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections. He was sentenced in federal court in January to 20 years in federal prison without parole and 10 years of supervised release following incarceration.
Williams pleaded guilty in August to one count of producing child pornography. He admitted to secretly filming three different victims over a five-year period from January 2013 to September 2018 while they were in the basement bathroom of his residence.
Williams formerly was a high school language arts teacher and most recently a part-time high school multimedia teacher at the time of the offense.
