Former Albany High School Band Director, 30-year old Christopher Hensley has been sentenced to 7 years and 4 years with the Missouri Department of Corrections, after entering a guilty plea last month to one felony count of 2nd-degree statutory rape and one felony county of sexual contact with a student by a teacher or school official. The sentences will run concurrently.
Hensley was arrested on August 8, 2015 on original charges of four felony counts of statutory rape and 4 counts of sexual contact by a teacher or school official.
