A felony charge has been dismissed in Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court for a Kansas City man.
Court information shows 33-year-old Javier Hernandez’s charge of non-support—total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under an order of support was dismissed Wednesday.
The non-support charge was from May 2017.
