Extended hours set for absentee voting in Presidential Primary in Grundy, Livingston counties

County clerks offices in Grundy and Livingston Counties are among those who’ll be open extended hours Saturday March 12th for persons wishing to vote absentee in the Presidential Primary election in Missouri.

The hours march 12th at the Grundy County Clerk’s office are from 8 until noon, with hours at the Livingston County Clerks office March 12th from 8:30 until 12:30.

Absentee balloting also can be done during regular business hours at county clerk’s offices, which are weekdays from 8:30 until 4:30 in both Grundy and Livingston counties. Offices will be open until 5 o’clock the afternoon of Monday march 14th for absentee voting.

Livingston County residents unable to vote absentee during those times should contact the clerk’s office at Chillicothe to make special arrangements.

The Presidential Primary in Missouri is to be held Tuesday March 15th.

There have been 52 absentee ballots requested in Grundy County for the Presidential Primary, 36 have been returned.
