The Highway Patrol reports an Eagleville teen sustained moderate injuries as the result of a two-vehicle accident in the Love’s Truck Stop parking lot in Eagleville Wednesday morning.
Sixteen-year-old Logan Huitt attempted to turn left and failed to yield to 59-year-old Gary Nerison of Auburn, Nebraska.
Huitt’s pickup truck struck the left front of Nerison’s tractor trailer truck with both vehicles received moderate damage.
An ambulance transported Huitt to Harrison County Community Hospital and Nerison sustained no injuries.
The Patrol reports Huitt did not wear a safety device at the time of the accident, while Nerison did.
