Trenton Middle School Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America will host a dodgeball tournament Thursday morning to raise money for the Backpack Buddies Program.
The tournament will be in the TMS gym from 8:15 to 11:30.
Backpack Buddies provides free healthy food for children enrolled in the Federal Lunch Program for the weekend when they cannot receive free and reduced lunches at school.
TMS FCCLA Adviser Suzi Beck reports more than 50% of Grundy County children qualify for free and reduced lunches.
Anyone who wants to donate money for the project should bring their donation to the Trenton Middle School Office in the next week.
