A 19-year old woman from Albany, Caitlyn Runnels, was involved in a single-vehicle accident on Monday morning, one mile north of Clarksdale in DeKalb County.
The Highway Patrol’s report described injuries as minor for Ms. Runnels, who swerved to avoid another vehicle while in the passing lane on southbound Highway 31. She went off the west side of the road and was taken to Albany Regional Medical Center for treatment.
