Darlington, Missouri man facing multiple charges after crash in Harrison County

A crash in Harrison County Monday night resulted in the arrest of a man from Darlington, Missouri.

The highway patrol reports 36-year-old Daniel Dougherty was taken to the Harrison County Jail in Bethany for a 24-hour hold with multiple charges pending in Harrison County.

According to the highway patrol report, charges include driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Other charges include failure to halt at a stop sign, failure to drive on the right half of the road, failure to maintain license plates, and no proof of vehicle insurance.
