Dan Hegeman Joins Farmers State Bank Board of Directors

Missouri Senator Dan Hegeman of Cosby has joined the Farmers State Bank Board of Directors as an advisory member.

Hegeman says he looks forward to assisting Farmers State Bank in continuing its “outreach efforts and being a positive financial force in Northwest Missouri.” He has served as the president of the Second Harvest Food Bank Board and the Andrew County Farm Bureau and has worked as the community affairs manager of Kansas City Power and Light.

Hegeman was elected to the Senate’s 12th District in 2014 and serves 15 Northwest Missouri counties, including six Green Hills counties. He is the chairman of the Senate’s majority caucus and Appropriations Committee and has served in the Missouri House of Representatives from 1991 to 2003.

Hegeman also served as the district manager in Saint Joseph for Congressman Sam Graves.
