As part of the on-going mission to help families in poverty across Missouri, Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri (formerly GHCAA, or Green Hills) is currently conducting a Community Needs Assessment.

The purpose of this assessment is to help the Agency better understand the current state of poverty within our nine-county service area. The information we gather from this survey will help us improve the programs we offer in Caldwell, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Linn, Livingston, Mercer, Putnam, and Sullivan counties.

CAPNCM would like to invite clients to help shape future programs by taking this short survey regarding thoughts and views on poverty in your area. You are free to complete as much, or as little, of the survey. This survey is completely anonymous.
