The Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri has exhausted all of its energy funds for its summer program.
Administrative Services Manager Jennifer Farmer reports the group will be unable to help with any utility bills until the winter program starts.
Elderly or disabled residents can apply for the winter program November 1st.
All other households can apply December 1st.
