Church Women United return nearly $62,000 to area organizations

The Church Women United of Trenton report they have returned $61,935 to the area this year as of the end of November.

Those who have received help from the organization include the Community Food Pantry, Christmas for Families, Kiwanis Club Christmas, Hubble Home, Salvation Army Christmas, Fire Pup programs, and Trenton Ministerial Alliance. The group also has scholarships for the North Central Missouri College nursing program and sometimes individuals.

The Church Women United will work at their thrift store on December 26^th and open December 27^th and 28^th. Restocking will take place on January 2^nd, and the store will be open again on January 3^rd and 4^th.

The Church Women United thank the individuals who continue to work and support the thrift store.
