A Chula woman was hurt Friday afternoon when the sports utility vehicle she was driving went off Highway 65, overturning north of Chillicothe.
59-year-old Sheree Corbin was transported to Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe with minor injuries.
The accident took place one mile north of Chillicothe on Highway 65 as the northbound SUV began to slide on the ice covered road, went off the right side of the pavement, hit a ditch, and overturned, coming to rest on the driver’s side of the vehicle.
The SUV was demolished and Ms. Corbin was wearing a seatbelt.
