Vance Brothers Company will start a chip and seal project on October 16th that involves several streets in Chillicothe
According to the Chillicothe street department, the contractor will be chipping Oak Street from JFK to 10th Street, Peacher and Rinehart from Clay Street to Grandview, Springhill Road from Fair Street to the city limits, and Fairchild Street from Dorney to Lambert Drive.
