The Livingston County Sheriff is reporting the arrest of a Chillicothe teen.
19-year-old Jonathan Patrick Patterson was arrested Saturday on alleged class D felony sex offender registration violations. Sheriff Cox reports that an investigation into allegations that Patterson was not complying with sex offender registration requirements spurred the arrest.
Patterson was transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail in lieu of $1,500 bond.
He is currently on probation for a felony conviction of promoting a sexual performance by a child under the age of 14.
