Chillicothe student in the spotlight at NCMC

Cory Moffatt from Chillicothe, Missouri is a sophomore at North Central Missouri College and plans to graduate summer of 2016. After receiving his degree from NCMC, Cory will transfer to Missouri State University.

Cory is a commuter student and travels to NCMC to take classes. He has been able to arrange his class schedule to fit his life and commitments. Cory states “I like that NCMC easily accommodates my busy schedule. It is close to home and convenient to commute back and forth.”

Cory is a student in the Student Support Services Trio program on campus. Student Support Services is a program that helps to qualify NCMC students with tutoring, advising, scholarships, and resources to give students the extra support they need to be successful. “The tutors in the SSS program have helped me be successful in my classes and earning my degree said, Cory. The environment is welcoming, and everyone is very helpful.”

“NCMC has prepared me to transfer successfully to Missouri State to continue my degree. I have taken the right classes, and I’ve always had someone to help me with the transfer process.” –Cory Moffatt. After graduating from NCMC, Cory will major in Construction Management at Missouri State University.

Randall has been with KTTN/KGOZ for almost 20 years. He is the current Engineer for all of the stations, as well as working "on-air" from 6 to 10, am in the morning. Randall does a bit of everything including producing advertisements as well as writing the occasional news article. Randall is also the current Webmaster for the studio as well as the local graphic artist.
