Chillicothe police say they received a report early Saturday of someone on the roof of businesses in the 400 block of North Washington Street.
Assistant Police Chief Rick Sampsel reported officers located four subjects that ran from officers and jumped from the south end of a building and onto the sidewalk below.
One of the individuals was apprehended by an officer, taken to the police department, processed, and released to parents.
The investigation was continuing.
