Chillicothe Police are reporting the arrest of six individuals, all Tuesday morning, following various investigations with one person an alleged wanted individual.

While a detective was applying for a search warrant, officers were waiting at the residence. In the meantime, Police Chief Jon Maples responded to a trespassing call and arrested a 20-year-old female who was later released pending a court appearance.  Officers and the Detective then responded to a domestic assault in the 200 block of Business Highway 36 where they arrested a male for domestic assault and a female on a warrant out of the State of Florida.

While there were two individuals in custody, officers met with Livingston County Deputy Chris Mueller and K-9 Zaki. A search warrant was granted allowing officers to search for the wanted individual.

At approximately 9:30, police along with Deputy Mueller and Zaki served the Livingston County search warrant in the 500 block of Mohawk Drive. Officers announced the search warrant several times without compliance. When the Deputy announced the Livingston County K-9 Zaki was going to be released, the residents apparently changed their minds and decided to comply with officers’ requests.

Twenty-nine-year-old Thomas William Gamble was taken into custody on arrest warrants from Livingston and Carroll counties. Two females were arrested for alleged hindering the arrest of Gamble.

No further information was available as to the names of the remaining individuals arrested.
