Sergeant John Valbracht of the Chillicothe Police Department reports that officers, along with an investigator from the Livingston County Children’s Division responded to a report of possible child abuse in the 1300 block of Burnam Rd.

The incident was determined to be unfounded and has been referred to the Children’s Division.
