Officers of the Chillicothe Police Department were dispatched to a report of sexual misconduct involving a 14-year-old female that had occurred on October 15 in the 500 block of Graves Street.
Upon completion of the investigation, Dylon Holloway was arrested for 1st-degree sexual misconduct.
Holloway was processed and transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb regional Jail where he is being held on a $5,000.00 cash bond.
