The highway patrol reports a Chillicothe man was injured in a single vehicle accident six miles northwest of Avalon.
Thirty-one-year-old Shane Glasgow received minor injuries was taken by private vehicle to Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.
The sports utility vehicle was westbound when it traveled off the north side of Livingston County Route Double J and collided with the embankment. The SUV received extensive damage and the report notes Glasgow was using a seatbelt.
