A Chillicothe resident, 40-year old Steven Munson Junior, has been charged in Grundy County with stealing by deceit.
Munson is accused of appropriating money from Kenneth and Laura Ewing in September of 2014, by representing he would purchase materials for roof repairs, while no repairs were made.
Munson was being held in the Grundy County Detention Center in lieu of five thousand dollars cash only bond. He’s to appear Tuesday, May 24 in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court.
