A Chillicothe, Missouri man has been charged in Livingston County with second-degree arson stemming from an alleged incident in January.

Online court information indicates Ronald Gene Dryer is scheduled for an initial court appearance on May 20th at 9 am.

A probable cause affidavit accuses Dryer of starting a fire in a 1983 Prowler Camper used as a residence at 105 North Herriford in Chillicothe by intentionally setting a couch cushion on fire and placing it under the dining room table.

The report says Dryer was seen near the camper minutes before the fire, and he was involved in a physical altercation with his brother before the fire.
