A Chillicothe man was processed at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office after he was stopped for speeding.
Sheriff Steve Cox reports he checked a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Christian Shane Stretch traveling east on U. S. Highway 36 near the airport going 115 miles per hour in a 65 zone Monday morning.
Stretch posted his $250 cash bond, and he is scheduled to appear in the Associate Division of Livingston County Circuit Court November 21st. Cox notes Stretch was polite, courteous, and apologetic.
No accident or crash was involved during the incident.
