The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Chillicothe man in Grundy County overnight on February 28th on several allegations.
Thirty-one-year-old Cody Minard was accused of the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended as well as careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash.
Minard was transported to the Grundy County Jail and then released.
