A Chillicothe man appeared in the Associate Division of Livingston County Circuit Court this week on a felony charge of sodomy or attempted sodomy—first degree—victim less than 12 years old.
The case for Richard James Stumph was certified to Division One following evidence being presented. Stumph is scheduled for arraignment on November 5, 2019, at 9 am.
