A race to raise money to help fund the Central Missouri Honor Flight of Columbia will be held in Chillicothe later this month.
The Red, White, and Blue 5K will start at the old Jerry Litton Memorial Stadium at 1200 Fair Street the morning of April 28th. Registration will be from 7 o’clock to 7:45 and the opening ceremony will be at 7:50, with the race to begin at 8 o’clock.
The race will end at the new Jerry Litton Memorial Stadium at 2801 Hornet Road. Participants are encouraged to wear patriotic clothing. Proceeds will go to help the Central Missouri Honor Flight send veterans from the surrounding area to Washington D. C. to see veterans memorials.
