The Chillicothe Fire Department responded to a sport utility vehicle fire on Mitchell Road Wednesday morning.
Captain Derrick Allen reports firefighters found smoke coming from the vehicle when they arrived on the scene. They pulled an attack line and extinguished the fire using about 200 gallons of water.
No occupants were reported as injured, and the vehicle was towed from the scene. The owner and occupant of the vehicle is listed as Patricia Larson.
The department was at the scene for approximately 20 minutes.
