The Chillicothe Fire Department early today was sent to a grass fire at the intersection of Henry and Violet Streets.
Upon arrival, Captain Derrick Allen said there was a small fire behind the house at 132 Henry Street.
Allen noted the fire appeared to be a pile of trash surrounded by some vegetation. Approximately 100 gallons of water was used to extinguish the fire.
