The Chillicothe Education Association will host its annual Team Trivia Championship on Friday, March 6, 2020, at Chillicothe High School from 7 to 10 p.m.
Local businesses, organizations, families, and groups of friends are challenged to form a team of no more than five members. There is no age requirement for competitors. The entry fee is $35.00 per team. Participants will be asked trivia questions covering a wide range of topics. Each question will come from a source outside Chillicothe, no local person will have prior knowledge of the questions.
The competition will consist of several rounds of questions. Each round will cover a different topic. Teammates will work together to write as many correct answers on their answer sheet as possible within a five- to ten-minute round. At the end of each round, all of the answer sheets are collected and scored.
The team earning the most points will win a traveling trophy and a full year of bragging rights. Drinks and snacks will be provided, and all proceeds will go towards a scholarship for one or more local high school seniors.
