The Chillicothe City Council will hear a presentation on the city’s 2018-2019 audit and consider several ordinances Monday, September 16, 2019. The council will meet at the Chillicothe City Hall at 6:30.
One ordinance would accept an agreement with Allgeier, Martin, and Associates for preparation plans, specifications, and bidding documents for Corporate Drive.
Other ordinances regard floodplain management, authorizing an economic development agreement with B and B Theatres, and accepting a bid for new police vehicles.
The Chillicothe City Council is also to consider approval of capital improvement funds to purchase and finance five new fully equipped police vehicles.
The agenda for Monday night’s meeting also includes a recommendation of Doctor Donald Metry to be reelected to serve on the Saint Luke’s Chillicothe Board of Directors, comments from the city administrator on the police facility, and a closed session.
