The Chillicothe City Council took action on two items during an executive session this week.
Chillicothe City Clerk Rozanne Frampton reports the council hired Brenda Buck and Daniel King as full-time 911 dispatchers.
The council also voted to pay Police Records Clerk Ellen Parrack $14.50 per hour with the final vote by the council four to zero. Councilman Denny Albertson was absent.
