The Livingston County Library at Chillicothe is sponsoring a presentation by professional chalk artist Joan Finn of Kansas City, April 29th at 6 o’clock.

Ms. Finn is to do sidewalk drawings at the corner of Jackson and Locust streets, where she’s to present a program.

She specializes in 3D, or anamorphic chalk painting, and is to talk about the process of turning an idea into a work of art and demonstrate her techniques.

Joan Finn has created works for festivals and events throughout the Midwest.

Those that attend the free program are asked to sit or stand in the grass at the corner of Jackson and Locust at Chillicothe.

Some chairs are to be available, but persons also can take a lawn chair or blanket.

The program is part of Main Street Chillicothe’s Chalk Walk and Chocolate Crawl.
