“Celebrate America” to be performed at Brookfield church

Home school students will perform the patriotic drama, “Celebrate America” at Park Baptist Church in Brookfield on May 18th, 19th, and 20th.  A Brookfield area group that supports home school families, called “Teach North Central Missouri”, is presenting the drama.

Performances are the afternoon of May 18th at 2 o’clock, and the nights of May 19th and 20th, both at 7 o’clock. 

Organizers describe “Celebrate America” as a “riveting multi-media performance of, not only America’s history and its trials and defeats, but also the joys and hope for America”.

Admission is $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for students ages 5 through 18.  Veterans will be admitted free on May 19th, but they are required to register.
