Spickard water tower to be shut down today
The water tower at Spickard will be shut down for about four hours today (Tuesday). Mayor Jesse Richmond reports shutting down the water tower will affect all of Spickard, but did not specify a timeframe for the shutdown period. A boil advisory may go into place once the water tower is back up and running.
