Trenton High School choirs to present Spring Concert
Trenton High School choirs will present their Spring Concert on Friday, May 10th at 7 o’clock at the First Baptist Church. Performing groups will include State Solo and Ensemble Qualifiers, Concert Choir, and Gold Rush. Year-End Awards will be presented near the conclusion of the concert and includes the Ann Brinser and Ruth Risser awards.

Northwestern High School in Mendon held graduation on Sunday and has named the top graduates. Named as the class Valedictorian was Emily Mae Truesdell who won a two thousand dollar scholarship. The Salutatorian at Northwestern is Tori Kristine Adams. She takes home a fifteen hundred dollar scholarship.

The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Trenton man in Livingston County Saturday night on several allegations. Thirty-eight-year-old Gaylord Humphrey was accused of felony possession of a controlled substance: marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle, and no insurance. Humphrey was transported to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail.
