Highway patrol arrests man in Caldwell County

The highway patrol reports a Michigan man was arrested Friday afternoon in Caldwell County. 21-year-old Hunter Kaatz of Saginaw, Michigan was accused of felony possession of a controlled substance, speeding, and misdemeanor counts of possessing marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
