Carrollton man arrested, charged with felony possession

The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Carrollton man in Carroll County Friday morning on a felony Carroll County warrant and several accusations.

Online court information shows 31-year-old Larry Mead was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia—prior drug offense. His bond is $35,000 cash or licensed surety.

The Patrol also accused Mead of distribution of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana who was transported to the Chariton County Jail.
