Republican candidate for Missouri Governor, Eric Greitens is to hold town hall meetings in Trenton, Kirksville, Maryville, and St. Joseph on Friday, October 28.
A town hall meet and greet is scheduled at Modine Manufacturing in Trenton with the event open to the general public, doors open Friday afternoon at 1 o’clock with the town hall program scheduled at 1:20 in the cafeteria. Those attending should go to the guard shack at Modine to be directed by personnel to the cafeteria.
Greitens is to speak and answer questions from the public as well as receive a private tour of Modine manufacturing.
Grundy County central committee chairman Gary Black said Greitens is interested in what the plant does although Modine says it’s not endorsing any candidate, nor offering any funding.
In addition to Trenton, Greitens town hall schedule on Friday will be held in Kirksville at Maxwell’s Restaurant at 10 o’clock, Maryville Country Club at 4 o’clock, and St. Joseph Holiday Inn Express at 6 o’clock.
