Cameron teen, Jamesport man appear in Grundy County Circuit Court

Eighteen year-old Shawn Ward of Cameron waived a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court on charges accusing possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, both on April 8th.

A Jamesport resident, Jayson Husky, pleaded guilty to an amended charge accusing misdemeanor passing bad checks.

Huskey was fined 200 dollars, required to pay restitution of 16-hundred 38 dollars, and required to pay 116 dollars in court costs. The money was deducted from Huskey’s bond.

A plea agreement was involved.
