A Cameron man faces multiple charges in DeKalb County after being accused of sexual contact and other charges while employed at the Maysville School.
39-year-old Rodney Thomas is accused of 19 counts on various dates during the past three years.
Prosecutors charged Thomas with eight counts of a teacher having sexual contact with a student; one count of sodomy or an attempt to do so; another count of second-degree statutory sodomy, and nine counts of attempted enticement of a child less than 15 years of age.
Bond is listed as $150,000s cash.
Court documents say there are ten total victims, ages 13 to 17, who reportedly were attending the Maysville school when the alleged incidents occurred in a classroom dating back to 2014.
The Maysville school district website of staff members lists Rod Thomas as a junior high math instructor.
