An arrest has been made in the alleged theft of money from a Trenton business over a five month period.
49-year-old Missy Lynn Obey of Browning is charged with felony stealing.
Bond is five thousand dollars cash and she’s to appear Tuesday in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.
Arrest information accuses her of the theft of $4,287 from Casey’s General Store at Trenton between last September 23 and February 17.
She turned herself in Monday morning at the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office.
UPDATE:
In a court appearance Tuesday, March 28, 49-year-old Missy Lynn Obey of Browning, charged with felony stealing of money from her employer Casey’s in Trenton, waived a preliminary hearing and her bond has been reduced to $3,500 cash.
She is now scheduled for arraignment in Division One of Circuit Court on April 13.
